The mission of AAPOTA is to create a means for the occupational therapy practitioners who are committed to supporting Asian/Pacific practitioners and advancing a greater understanding of Asian/Pacific cultural issues affecting occupational therapy practice.
The Black Occupational Therapy Caucus was founded in 1974 to provide professional support and networking opportunities for Black Occupational Therapist practitioners.
The mission of the Network is to create the means for members of the OT professional community who are committed to advancing understanding of sexual orientation issues to identify, support and mentor one another and to promote research in occupational therapy.
Esta es una sociedad profesional que ofrezca apoyo a sus miembros para promover y desarrollar la profesión de terapia ocupacional en Puerto Rico. La organización servirá los intereses de sus miembros, representará a la profesión en la comunidad y promoverá el acceso a los servicios de terapia ocupacional.
La Confederación fundamenta el desarrollo de sus acciones en los valores que caracterizan un organismo que tiene como objetivo agrupar terapeutas ocupacionales a través de sus asociaciones.
